At PapelesGo we believe in total transparency. That's why our price is fixed: 185€ flat fee, no hidden charges, no surprises. This price is the same for everyone, regardless of your pathway (DT5 or DT6), your personal situation, or how long the process takes.
This price covers the entire management of procedures with the Administration. The administrative fee is separate and you pay it directly to the State, not to us.

The Spanish administration charges a fee for processing your application. You pay this fee directly at an authorized bank using form 790-012. It is mandatory for all applications.
The exact amount depends on your situation and is communicated in the form. It is not a cost for us, it is a State cost. Any management company, lawyer, or platform that says they include this fee in their fees is being misleading.
How you pay our fees
Payment to PapelesGo is made in two moments:
50% to hire (85€): we provide you immediate access to evaluation and advice
50% when submitting application (85€): once we have prepared your entire file
We accept all credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Payment is secure and encrypted.
Refund policy
Your money is protected. If you are found ineligible for regularization after the initial evaluation, we refund 100% with no questions asked.
After application submission, fees are considered earned (the work is done). We do not refund if the Administration denies your application, as this is not our fault: it is an administrative decision according to law.

Yes, 185€ for both pathways. No matter which you use, the work we do is the same.
What if the process takes more than 3 months?
Our price does not change. Even if the Administration takes 6 months, we don't charge you more. The price is fixed.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer two payment options: 50% now, 50% later. There is no monthly installment option, but it is a two-payment plan.
What exactly is included in the free evaluation?
We answer a brief questionnaire, review your situation, and email you if you are eligible, which pathway is best for you, and when you should act.
Are there additional costs after paying 185€?
No, except the administrative fee you pay to the State. Nothing else from us. If something extraordinary came up (e.g., special translations), we let you know before.

After the initial free evaluation, if we determine you are not eligible for extraordinary regularization, we will not charge you. The analysis is honest and risk-free.
